Frequently asked
Do I have to book photo AND video through danielle brown photography?
While we’d love to take care of both of these aspects of your wedding, you are welcome to book one or both services through this Atlanta wedding photographer (and videographer).
If I reserve photography and videography through danielle brown photography, do I get a discount?
If we are offering a discount on any package, we would provide the best rate for you at the time. We do not offer the option of combining discounts/using multiple discounts on individual/combined services.
Have you worked at my venue?
While we do our best to showcase venues we’ve worked at in the past on our blog, we may not have shared one venue’s images for one reason or another. Please ask if we’ve photographed/filmed a wedding at your venue or similar styled space.
Is Danielle Brown Photography insured?
Yes, we carry an active business insurance policy and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) as requested should your venue require it.
Who will be my photographer (or videographer)?
As a rule, we fill Danielle’s (photo) and Jason’s (video) schedules first, followed by our associate leads’ schedules as they are available. We are fully transparent in regards the actual team member who will be onsite for your wedding.
I’m so excited! How do we reserve services?
Danielle Brown Photography uses a propriatary studio management software to provide quotes and agreements to all of our couples. We ask all of our couples to provide standard contact information, wedding specifics (date, time, location) and we take it from there. Our couples find our system of e-signing their agreements and logging in through our safe and secure payment portal convenient and easy.
