About Abigail and Dillon’s wedding day: it was a beautiful Sunday in May. The sky was clear and blue, just a hint of puffy white clouds dotting the horizon. Abigail had her sister and three of her closest friends with her as bridesmaids, plus an adorable junior bridesmaid and flower girl. Dillon’s four closest friends stood with him on a great day.

Abigail’s dress “converted” with a detachable skirt/train component and her finger-tip length veil was a beautiful accompanyment to her lacy bridal gown. White calalillies and blue and purple orchids rounded out the color theme of their Tate House wedding. This epic pink marble mansion, showcased the architecture in the best way possible.

Abigail specifically requested a few images that harkened back to a school field trip she took in grade school. Even back then, she knew she would get married at the Tate House. In addition to the majestic historic house on the grounds, Tate House has added modern amenities including their reception space and in more recent years, their chapel building.

The chapel showcases stunning high-polish tile floors, perfect for capturing the bride’s reflection as she walks down the aisle. No matter where you turn, the Tate House showcases beautiful backdrops for any shot.
