Millenium Museum Engagement Photographer | Haynes
Chanel & Jamari | May 2021
session type: Engagement Photography Atlanta
photographer: Danielle Brown
locations: Millenium Museum, Midtown Atlanta
Chanel and Jamari actually got married in 2019. They originally planned to have a one-year vow renewal in May 2020. Then Covid-19 happened. We love that they chose our team for their wedding reception. Getting to know them, we became their Millenium Museum engagement photographer.
They also brought their daughters to the session and we did a combo couple-family session. We had such a great time. The girls are so adorable! Whenever we work with children and animals, we have a “supervisor” rule. Their daughters were hanging out with Deja when they weren’t part of the photograph. Deja also was integral to getting smiles, laughs and looks in the right direction. Honestly, I couldn’t have done it without Deja. She was magnificent!
I loved the coordinating plaid. It was adorable as a family and sweet as a couple.
Millenium Museum Engagement Photographer – Be Aware
Part of the reason I’m such a fan of being a Millenium Museum engagement photographer, is the amount of different looks we can get in such a close proximity. A few feet in one direction you have such a wealth of different looks, that all look great in pictures! Not taking credit for discovering this photo location gem, but this spot is well known in the Atlanta photography community. If you want to take pictures at the Millenium Museum, you may want to consider less popular photography times. This space can be very busy. Also, it is officially private property, and may be in use for a private event. Depending on when you’re planning on having a photo session at the Millenium Museum, you may want to consider a backup location if the Millenium Museum is unavailable.
